St. Gregory The Great School

This project is planned to serve as a satellite site serving the parish school located approximately 4 miles from the main parish church campus. This Catholic community center for the Catholic parish of St. Gregory the Great located in Scripps Ranch, California. The 70,000 square foot campus includes the following; 22 classrooms for preschool through eighth grade, a 19,710 square foot multi-purpose building with a gymnasium and student support spaces, a library and administrative offices building, and a chapel.

The chapel is central to the site with all pathways leading to and from this sacred center emulating the steps of life all circulating through our faith. The 8.3 acre site is planned to blend with the surrounding scale of the residential developments bordering the site. The master plan has been executed in stages with the first few phases complete adding additional classroom buildings to the site every year or so.
